SAP Transportation Management Trainers and Configuration Specialists
Experience: 3–7 years (SAP TM training & configuration)
Job Description
This is a full-time role for SAP Transportation Management Trainers and Configuration Specialists. The role involves conducting training sessions, providing customer service and support, performing system configurations, analyzing data, and developing management strategies to improve business operations. Day-to-day tasks include developing and delivering training materials, assisting clients with system configurations, and ensuring the SAP solutions meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide education as needed to client and partners regarding SAP Transportation Management functionality and processes.
- Develop educational documentation related to client program and SAP TM modules.
- Provide planning and work breakdown support for SAP TM system configurations and business process alignment.
- Analyze transportation data and review recommended process improvements.
- Provide ongoing client support and advisory.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful solution planning.
- Prepare training materials, SOPs, and documentation for clients.
Required Qualifications
- United States Citizenship required.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve system performance.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective training and client interactions
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide ongoing support and assistance to clients.
- Expertise in Training and developing training materials for end-users.
- Management Development skills to strategize and implement business improvements.
- Relevant experience in SAP Transportation Management systems
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site and remote as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with SAP TM implementation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party logistics integrations.
- Experience developing training guides, SOPs, and digital knowledge bases.
- Familiarity with business transformation and management development practices.
