Accelerator-Led Delivery Enables Faster Time-to-Value
A key differentiator of the program was Stellium’s accelerator-led delivery model, supported by 11 pre-configured SAP Digital Manufacturing accelerators. These accelerators helped standardize core manufacturing processes, reduce implementation complexity, and accelerate time-to-value, while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
