Job Description
Stellium is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to support business development initiatives within our consulting practice. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, supporting proposal development, and contributing to overall revenue growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, an understanding of consulting services, and the ability to build long-term relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential prospects across target industries, focusing on key decision makers, while driving outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and managing inbound inquiries.
- Sales Pipeline Development:
Build and nurture a strong pipeline of opportunities by consistently engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting the progression of opportunities through the sales funnel in collaboration with the business development team.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Understand client requirements and effectively communicate Stellium’s consulting offerings while maintaining consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Market Research & Opportunity Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide insights that help refine sales targeting strategies.
- Reporting & Pipeline Management: Track sales activities, lead status, and pipeline progress in CRM systems while preparing regular reports on lead performance, conversions, and overall pipeline health.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

5–8 years of experience in inside sales or business development

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to understand and present consulting solutions and value propositions

Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho

Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Strong research and analytical capabilities

Ability to collaborate across internal teams, including consulting, marketing, and finance

High level of ownership, motivation, and target orientation
Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling IT or management consulting services

Familiarity with lead generation and data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Clay, Lusha, Apollo, or similar platforms

Exposure to working with global teams or international markets

Knowledge of the US or Indian consulting markets and sales processes
