Job Description
Stellium is seeking an experienced Head of Delivery Excellence & Project Management Office (PMO) to lead delivery governance, operational efficiency, and project management standards across all programs. The role will report to the Global DSC Head and work closely with delivery leaders, business teams, and executives to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and with high client satisfaction.
This leadership role will establish standardized delivery frameworks, ensure adherence to governance processes, optimize resource utilization, and align project execution with client business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Excellence

Develop and implement standardized delivery methodologies for Agile, Hybrid, and traditional project environments

Define and track delivery KPIs aligned with business outcomes such as operational efficiency and project cycle time improvements

Establish dashboards to monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction

Conduct periodic delivery audits to identify improvement opportunities and best practices

Ensure adherence to Stellium’s delivery quality standards and governance frameworks

Align delivery objectives with client business goals and ensure transparent communication on project progress and risks

Standardize risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue tracking across projects

Maintain centralized risk and issue repositories for trend analysis and continuous improvement

Act as a strategic advisor to deliver leadership and promote collaboration across business, technology, and delivery teams
Project Management Office (PMO)

Establish and oversee PMO governance frameworks and delivery standards

Optimize project profitability by aligning Statements of Work (SOW) with resource planning and delivery models

Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle processes, including project setup, resource allocation, and delivery monitoring

Monitor project budgets, margins, and utilization, escalating risks proactively

Track and manage Change Requests (CRs), assess their impact on scope, timelines, and cost, and ensure proper approval governance

Conduct regular project review meetings with Project Managers to maintain real-time visibility into delivery progress

Serve as a liaison between delivery teams, finance, HR, and leadership

Forecast resource demand and capacity to identify talent gaps or excess capacity

Track resource utilization, timesheet accuracy, and alignment with resource plans

Support onboarding and engagement management for full-time employees and contractors
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
- MBA or advanced management qualification preferred
- 10–15 years of experience in project delivery, PMO leadership, or consulting operations
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies
- Proven ability to drive delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience managing project governance, risk management, and delivery metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading PMO or delivery governance within consulting or technology services organizations
- Strong understanding of project profitability management and resource optimization
- Experience working with global delivery teams and enterprise clients
- Exposure to delivery frameworks in digital transformation or supply chain consulting environments
