What are we looking for?

Technical skills:

• Strong warehouse and Logistics Business Process Knowledge and experience.
• Full understanding of the benefits which an organization can leverage from implementing a fully integrated EWM solution
• Must have good functional knowledge of EWM including capabilities, limitations & best practices and WM knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Must be between 3 to 10 years of experience with At least 1-3 years of full cycle implementations of EWM or 4 to 5 years of Dedicated EWM Support.
• Desirable to have at least 2 years of experience with an Indian customer
• Should have experience in managing Solutions and Implementation for Inbound or Outbound Modules or both.
• Should have experience in preparing Functional Specs, Test Cases, and working with ABAP Team
• Should have experience in Integration with MM, SD, PP, and Queue Management
• Should have experience in EWM Master Data, EWM Configuration, RF Transactions, and Debugging
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent business/technical process work experience.
• Must be passionate to work in the SAP Logistics and Warehousing Domain
• Must be Result Oriented, Independent thinker, Detail Oriented, Problem Solver and have a Proactive Approach
• towards work
• Must have effective listening skills, effective collaboration skills, and be empathetic towards all stakeholders.
• Must possess leadership, organizational, communication, presentation, and time management skills.

Role Responsibilities:

• Contribute as EWM Senior Solutioning consultant
• Lead solution design & development activities for EWM implementation at the client site.
• Participate fully in workshops & meetings with client warehouse & logistics operations teams to understand business requirements for all identified client solution templates
• Be able to provide technical experience and process expertise in proposing process improvements
• Be able to provide best practices in the area of EWM on SAP HANA implementation on an architectural and conceptual level
• Translate the finalized To-Be Process to EWM functionalities for all identified client solution templates
• Prepare the baseline configuration requirements for all Client DCs in accordance with finalized solution templates
• Create process, functional, technical, and architecture design documents (standards & templates finalized between client and Stellium). Present and seek interim approval for such documents from the Client operations & IT Teams
• Manage daily scrum meetings within the EWM team to check on the progress of the EWM activities and other business-dependent requirements
• Ensure smooth co-ordination amongst all the stakeholders of the client and Stellium team.
