Job Description

Stellium is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – HR Operations to lead and strengthen our HR operational framework as the organization continues to expand globally. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution of people processes, maintaining compliance, enhancing employee experience, and supporting HR digital transformation initiatives. 

 Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Service Delivery: Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations for India while supporting global requirements, ensuring seamless execution of all employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and offboarding, maintaining data accuracy in HR systems, and driving standardization of HR processes across locations. 
  • HRIS & Digital Enablement (SuccessFactors): Own governance of SuccessFactors by ensuring data accuracy and process compliance, coordinating system enhancements and integrations with the technology team, driving automation of manual HR workflows, and developing dashboards and analytics to support leadership decision-making. 
  • Compliance & Policy Governance: Ensure adherence to statutory and labour law requirements, including PF, ESI, gratuity, and regulatory filings. Liaise with statutory consultants to ensure timely compliance and audit readiness. Continuously review and refine HR policies to align with organizational growth and culture. 
  • Employee Experience & HR Support: Oversee HR helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of employee queries, partner with business leaders to address workplace concerns and escalations, and drive consistent HR communication, announcements, and policy awareness across offices. 
  • Payroll Coordination: Support payroll processing by managing inputs such as new hires, exits, compensation changes, attendance data, allowances, and deductions, while collaborating closely with Finance and external payroll partners to ensure accuracy and compliance. 
  • HR Projects & Transformation Initiatives: Lead HR transformation initiatives aligned with organizational priorities, including digitization journeys, experience center operations, and campus integration programs, while implementing best practices from consulting and technology industries to enhance HR operational effectiveness. 
 Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field. 
  • Strong expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and HRIS systems (preferably SuccessFactors). 
  • Proven ability to manage complex HR workflows and multi-location operations. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and reporting. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology, consulting, or supply chain domains. 
  • Prior experience in scaling HR operations in a fast-growing organization. 
  • Exposure to global HR operations and multi-region workforce management.
