Körber completes majority stake acquisition of Stellium, introducing Körber Stellium
Hamburg, Germany / Houston, Texas, 03 March 2026. Körber has announced the completion of its acquisition of the majority stake of Stellium, a leading Houston-based SAP Supply Chain Management consulting firm. The entity now operates as Körber Stellium.
The acquisition represents a major step in Körber’s global SAP consulting expansion, uniting Stellium’s strong presence across North America, the Middle East, and India with Körber’s established supply chain consulting network in Europe. The combined organization, which now accounts for more than 500 professionals, delivers one of the industry’s most comprehensive, end‑to‑end SAP Supply Chain Management portfolios.
Customers will gain access to a broader suite of process and technology services covering all key components of the digital supply chain, including SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), SAP Transportation Management (TM), SAP Digital Manufacturing, and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
