Job Description: 

Technical Requirements 

• Experience with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint 
• Agile & Scrum methodology expertise 
• Familiarity with Incident, Change, Problem, Demand & Capacity Planning tools 

General Experience & Knowledge 

• 7–10+ years in SAP Project Management (EWM a plus) 
• Strong stakeholder management and communication 
• Budget, P&L, risk, and operations transformation management 
• Travel flexibility (India and international) 
• Mentoring and quality assurance of project deliverables 
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, internal and external, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues, manage expectations and stakeholder’s satisfaction on all project requirements to enable positive customer reference and success story. 
• Provide project leadership to discuss and champion the business case for change to a business audience and participate and execute high value business solutions. 
• Experience in delivery, staffing, financial reporting, and issue resolution 
• Experience of application change management processes such as Incident, Change,    Problem, Demand & Capacity planning. 
• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills. Pro – active mindset. 
• Oversee daily project operations including team management, status reporting on incidents and project progress, client engagement for issue and staffing resolution, and monthly analysis of delivery, quality, staffing, and financial performance. 
• Run initiative for continuous improvement and automation. 
• Identify new business opportunities, engage with client for realization.
